Taking that first step. . .

Beginning therapy is a meaningful step toward growth, healing, and change. It can feel both hopeful and intimidating—and that’s okay. Whatever has brought you here, I’m committed to walking alongside you as your guide. Together, we’ll identify your goals, explore what you need, and work toward the meaningful change you are seeking

About Me

I’ve been supporting individuals in their mental health journey since 2013. My career began with a local non-profit, where I had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles, including:

  • Providing counseling to children and adolescents in school settings

  • Offering clinical support to shelter and transitional living programs for young adults

  • Delivering individual therapy for adults in clinic and resource center settings

  • Facilitating trainings across the agency

I opened my private practice in 2020, where I now provide individual therapy to community members through private pay and insurance options.

I earned my Master’s in Psychology with a Concentration in Counseling from CSU, Stanislaus.

As a therapist, I take a holistic and client-centered approach. I specialize in trauma and am trained in EMDR therapy, while also working with depression, anxiety, and stress. I enjoy helping clients better understand their nervous system and body responses, teaching regulation strategies that support healing and resilience.

I genuinely love the work that I do and feel honored to support individuals in becoming a healthier, more grounded, and empowered version of themselves.
